Integrative Bodywork is a unique blend of various massage and bodywork techniques, joined together with the Presence of Listening Touch — A non-violent, non-invasive, gentle yet penetrating touch, which reaches deeply into the body/mind systems.
This Deep Listening Sensitivity and Nurturing Touch, supports and facilitates the Awakening of your own Natural Healing Intelligence. The micro-movements of gentle unwinding, and core alignment, evokes deep relaxation and a meditative state that
rejuvenates and regenerates — allowing change and healing to happen.
I have been a Certified Massage therapist since 1991, when I took my first 1,000 hour Certified Massage Training program at Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer Michigan. The following year I completed a 600 hour Certified Program of Subtle Energy Therapies, which focused on Eastern, Subtle Energy & Somatic approaches. In the years that followed, I attended two more Advanced Massage Programs at Esalen Institute in Big Sur California.
I continue to deepen & cultivate my skills through private practice and continuing education programs.
My over 20 years of practice, also draw on experience in many other areas of Holistic Support, which include: Hospice Home Care, Oncology Massage, Conscious Dying Support, Pre & Post Natal Massage, Hospital & Home Birth Support, as well as providing massage in both private practice and medical settings.
I also have over 30 years experience in acute Homeopathic counseling, as well as the use of Bach Remedies and Aroma Therapy.
