THIS WEEKEND! The Lake Orion Lions Club is holding their Annual Jubilee and Carnival on the South Lot of:

Canterbury Village:

2366 Joslyn Rd., Lake Orion MI 48360

Thursday evening, June 24th from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Friday and Saturday, June 25-26, from Noon until 11 p.m.

Sunday, June 27th, from Noon until 6 p.m.

The Lake Orion Lions Club Jubilee is usually held in The Village of  Lake Orion, but this year they will have the carnival on the South Lot, here at Canterbury Village!! Canterbury Village will also be hosting an Art Show in the village, located in front of Cottage Row, right in front of

Grand Opening!

Well, it’s been a long time coming, but I’m finally learning how to create posts for The Village Hideaway Blog — All kinds of exciting things have been happening here and I want to keep everyone posted as things continue to unfold.

The transformation of the house has taken many months. I’ve been taking pictures of the process and one day soon, I’ll post a some before and after pictures, and you can see the transformation that has taken place. The house has TRULY COME ALIVE!

I also have to say, there is NO WAY any of this would have happened

if it were not for the ENDLESS HOURS of  SELFLESS HELP

from family and friends.

My kids especially have shown up and worked tirelessly to get the house into the beautiful condition it’s now in.

P.S. By the Way – We didn’t pick those outside colors. It came that way!
